Clinical Psychology Graduate Student
I am a first-year clinical psychology student from Highland, Utah, passionate about exploring the physiological outcomes of psychological processes through the lens of positive psychology. My research interests focus on the brain–body connection, biofeedback, and natural avenues to wellness, including positive psychology tools, exercise, and yoga. I’m especially fascinated by how mind–body interventions can enhance emotional and physical well-being. Outside the lab, I love spending time outdoors, enjoying my family and am working toward my goal of visiting every U.S. national park.
